Back at Cabot Shores, they had educational and therapeutic training with instructors from IWK hospital in Halifax, had breaks for meditation, art, music,  bonfires, hot tubs and even preparing wood-fired pizza and  cooking out during a mild blizzard.  Cabot Shores during winter is definitely full of outdoor and indoor experiences.
