In Cape Breton, music is our culture, and culture is our music. At Cabot Shores, you’ll be surrounded by both. For instance, every Tuesday and Friday evenings at 7:30pm, you can join in a Ceilidh at St. Ann’s United Church (just minutes away) hosted by the fantastic fiddler, David Paprizian. Breast Cancer Action Retreat (Nova Scotians Celebrate at Cabot Shores)

A group of eleven vivacious breast cancer survivors and their supporters participated in the first annual Breast Cancer Retreat at Cabot Shores. The retreat was sponsored by BCANS, Cabot Shores and the Good Health Festival Society of Cape Breton Island.
These women knew how to have fun! and how to stretch their limits (i.e. hiking much longer than they thought they could or participating in a night walk in spite of anxieties of all sorts).
