St Valentine’s special recipe February

Make your loved one a special something….

Ingredients for 8 portions:

3 eggs

80g sugar (or less if you’d like)

100g dark chocolat

80g soft butter

50g flour or corn flour


Beat the eggs and sugar.

Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and add the diced butter.

Pour it into the egg mix and whisk.

Sprinkle the flour over the mix.

Grease and sugar coat the ramequins (Fill them up fully).

Put into the fridge for 1h.

Bake at 200° C (392 F) for 10mins
