Roasted Pepper and Potato Recipe


– 1 red pepper, coarsely sliced
– 1 green pepper, coarsely sliced
– 1 lemon, pressed and coarsely sliced
– 1.5kg of potato, coarsely sliced in cubes
– 125ml of ranch dressing (homemade or from the superstore)
– 125ml of Olive oil
– 75ml of bifteck spices
– 30ml of garlic
– Hand full of parsley


– Preheat the oven at 190C (375F)
– In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except for the potato).
– Add the potato afterward gently
– Put everything in a tray that can go in the oven
– Bake between 45 to 75 minutes (until potato are tender) while stirring occasionally
