Something drew her to Breathing Space and after meeting with founders Jenny Kierstead and Blair Abbass she knew this is exactly what she wanted to do and bring to the community in Cape Breton. She is thrilled to be living back home working to help others find a path to a more nourishing and harmonious life style. Krystall is grateful to witness the process of self discovery and personal development from those surrounded by her. Also trained in pre-natal yoga and stand up paddle board yoga, she is passionate about building a community and creating a welcoming space along with some adventure.
Laurie-Dons fitness background led her to yoga 15 years ago. With her warm spirit and smiling face she welcomes students of all levels to her practice.
