This weekend retreat gives you the tools to help detox your mind and your body, improve your immune system, relieve stress and increase energy levels. Verna Johnson from Forever Healthy provides assessments and info on how you can get rid of your allergies and joint pain. Yoga teacher Nicole Sullivan teaches classes for detoxification and elimination. Meditation instructor and acupuncturist Barbara Weinberg does acupressure treatments to help relieve stress and tension and leads sessions in mindfulness meditation.
It’s a weekend retreat to reconnect with nature in the beautiful Cabot Shores eco-resort on the Cabot Trail with walks along a nature reserve with stunning ocean views. The perfect winter pick me up is waiting for you.
