7:30-9:00 AM – Breakfast and day registration
8:00 AM – Brief early morning Qi Gong session in main lodge ($10)
8:30 AM – Brief guided meditation session in main lodge – free
9:30-12:00 noon – Guided outdoor Adventures: North River Kayak, guided hike and canoe/Yolo Board tours ($65 North River Kayak, $30 Canoe/Yolo Board Tours, $20 Hike)
9:30-10:30 AM – Nia with Carol Kennedy in main lodge ($15)
10:30-noon – Yoga with Amber Buchanan in main lodge ($15)
Noon-1:30 PM – Lunch
1:30-4:00 PM – Guided outdoor Adventures: hike and canoe/kayak/Yolo board tours on the Cabot Shores Lake (same pricing as in the morning)
4:30-5:00 PM – Exhibition from Windsurfing NS and Kite Surfin NS – free
5:30-6:30 PM – Happy Hour and Hors D’Oeuvres

8:00 PM - Music and Dance Concert

11:00 AM: Auricular Acupuncture session with Barbara Weinberg, lic.Ac., RN – meet at reception ($15)

1:30 PM – Closing of silent auction, 50/50 draw announcement, cheque presentation to Breast Cancer Action NS, Closing Ceremony
