Holly Connors of CBC Radio came out to interview Dr. Paul on Yurts as an alternative accommodation.
Coincidentally, two guests were celebrating their 1oth anniversary by staying
in the Yurt, so Holly is shown and heard interviewing them as well. Cabot Shores was
the first “Yurt Resort” in the Maritimes, but now Yurts can be found in a few camping locations
and recently also in Kejimkujik national park (seasonal basis).
Dr. Paul referred CBC to the owners of Little Foot Yurts, a local Nova Scotia company that produces
Yurts in the traditional style, mainly for rent, with handmade felt and they can be heard on the
Maritime Noon program as well.
