Peter Findlay’s Review
“Thanks, Dr. Paul. What a treat to have your gorgeous retreat as the base for our filming (of “Mysterious Ruins: Cape Breton:”).
Not only is it a spectacular setting and a home away from home, but it also allowed own team our own little headquarters and clubhouse.
If only every shoot was so much fun! (Peter Findlay: Toronto, Ontario)”

***TV Interview ***

of baby boomers on public TV WGBH, Boston.
Almost 4 years ago, Barbara and I went
to a mansion in Massachusetts and were
interviewed for a proposed TV documentary–
a kind of baby boomer retreat.
Not like the retreats and gatherings at Cabot
Shores–no kayaks present, no moose or eagles
in sight–but experts on
health, relationships, finance, sex, food…
It was fun but the pilot wasn’t syndicated, but
now it’s back and we got a call to go to Boston
to be re-interviewed!
Barbara and the other boomers were clear, photogenic
and engaging. The host and production crew were terrific.
Not so sure about
the experts […]
Who is coming we always ask at Cabot Shores? And then we ask just as quickly, who’s here? Well, a lot more folks will be coming and Angelo Spinazzola, of sea kayaking fame, is here at the lodge and telling me that about 7 million more eyeballs are focused on Cape Breton Island now. Why? […]
