The “5 Weeks to A Better Life” web TV Show is on… Barbara and Dr. Paul on a WGBH/AARP reality program. It’s about
a group of “baby boomers’ on Retreat with a revolving group of experts
You may have already seen it on the web or heard us asking for tips on being on TV on our website.
Tips for Being on TV
Most frequent tip for Barbara: “just be yourself and don’t worry: they’ll love you!” (I know, I do)
Most frequent tip for Paul: “don’t talk too much about Cabot Shores…just be yourself and wear lots
of makeup!”
Check it out and Let us Know What you think!
,
Host Hugh Delehanty gives a good video intro and a starts his blog with an interesting bucket list. You can
read it, comment and even participate in the Retreat throuh cyberspace…or somehow, I haven’t quite figured
that one out yet.
The first episode features is on marriage with Felicia and Wayne Washington, who are even more courageous
(and charming) in person than on TV. We love them. And Harville Hendricks, the expert, was really clear and
helpful in person to the whole group…
And this week’s episode is on Sex, which I haven’t seen yet…
Check out the webisodes on” 5 Weeks to a Better Life” and let us know what you think.
See, I really didn’t say much about Cabot Shores at all…

Paul!!
Great news!
Cape Breton is really getting on the map.
Looking forward to a visit, that we have been talking about for so long.
Maybe Charlie Boorman needs a new adventure sidekick?!
Cheers!
Mark
Thanks, for sure Cape Breton and Cabot Shores getting on map. They love this place. Getting up early for
lobster adventure, then a fire with the mi’kmaq on beach, plan salmon and lobster on fire…could be worse.
Charlie has Russ as sidekick on motorcyles, they have quite a team. ..you certainly could teach them something, Mark, about
living your adventure…great the way they do film and book alongside…happy to be part of their adventure here…
I am working on an adventure travel show that incorporates SonicHarmonic Transformations Parties on the road. http://www.SonicHarmonic.com I will be teaching people how to connect and creating miracles along the way. Just did a mini-tour in Southern Arizona last week.
talk soon,
Mark
